We collect a 20% booking deposit to secure your cleaning appointment. The remainder 80% is due at time of cleaning directly to your maid. Maids accept cash, check or venmo.

Before your cleaning, we kindly ask that you pick up personal items and clear countertops and pick up items off the floor so your maids can focus on giving your floors and surfaces a deeper clean during your scheduled time. Our maids are happy to help with washing dishes or loading the dishwasher—just keep in mind this typically takes about 15-30 minutes from your scheduled cleaning time. If you’d prefer they focus that time on cleaning your kitchen instead, we recommend having dishes cleared from the sink before they arrive.

Tips are never expected but are always appreciated. If you’d like to tip your cleaner, you can do so directly by cash, check, or Venmo.

You’re welcome to be home during your cleaning, or to step out and let your cleaner work independently—it’s entirely up to you. If you’ll be away, just be sure to leave entry and lock-up instructions. For added peace of mind, we’re proud to share that in 15+ years of service, we’ve never had a theft incident.

When your maids arrive, they’ll assess the space and let you know if additional time may be needed to complete your task list. If your checklist ends up needing a bit more time than booked, they’ll check in with you about your top priorities to make the most of your appointment. Any extra time will always be discussed and approved by you in advance. Extra time is $25 per 30 minutes per maid and can be paid directly to your cleaner(s).

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Call, text or email your maid directly for rescheduling / cancellations.

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: your deposit can be applied to a future booking.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: the deposit is non-refundable.

Maids are not employees of our company but affiliates who partner with us for to receive bookings and our non-toxic cleaning products. Maids are paid directly by the customer after each cleaning.
